Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** * Implement, monitor, and enhance the company's Quality Management System (QMS); * Ensure compliance with quality standards on construction sites; * Conduct internal audits on construction sites and processes; * Monitor action plans, non-conformities, and quality indicators; * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, and operational standards; * Manage technical documentation and record control; * Support construction teams in process standardization and best practices; * Deliver training related to quality and processes; * Monitor quality indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Support certifications (e.g., PBQP\-H, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SAC, among others). **Technical Competencies:** * Identification and documentation of non-conformities on site; * Tracking of corrective actions; * Technological control of materials; * Monitoring of quality indicators; * Reduction of rework and waste. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Knowledge of PBQP\-H, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 systems; * Familiarity with Lean Construction; * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
