Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** * Participate in the conception, development, and strategic direction of real estate projects; * Conduct market, competition, and real estate sector trend analyses; * Contribute to defining product mix, typologies, common areas, and distinguishing features; * Develop critical and strategic interpretation of architectural projects, ensuring coherence among concept, functionality, and project positioning; * Monitor project development alongside partner architecture firms and internal teams, focusing on architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, lighting design, and visual communication; * Oversee the development of furnished apartments—from initial concept and development through final delivery of the environment; * Monitor the development and delivery of common areas in projects, ensuring quality, aesthetic consistency, and adherence to the approved design; * Support decisions regarding finishes, materials, and solutions aligned with the project’s standards and identity; * Prepare presentations, conceptual studies, and strategic materials to support executive management. **COMPETENCIES:** * Proficiency in design and project development software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Analytical ability and a critical eye for products; * Knowledge of real estate products and project development; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization, autonomy, and proactivity. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering; * Experience in real estate development companies, construction firms, or architecture studios involved in real estate product development; * Experience with high-end developments is a plus.
