Job Summary: Junior Billing Analyst responsible for issuing invoices, analyzing taxes, managing payments, and performing financial and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility Position: Junior Billing Analyst Location: Itajaí (SC) Working Hours: Business hours Type: New position Main Responsibilities: * Issuing incoming and outgoing invoices and creating orders in the Bling system * Analyzing calculations and verifying taxes (CFOP, CST, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS, etc.) * Scheduling and controlling payments in Bling and banks, organizing receipts, invoices, and bank slips * Daily checking of emails and WhatsApp messages and handling routine financial matters * Executing payments and sending receipts when necessary * Daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable * Cash register adjustment and closing, identifying discrepancies * Managing received bank slips and collecting overdue amounts * Updating and clearing customer receipts * Monitoring marketplace fees and revenues * Issuing DIFAL and supporting tax-related routines * Organizing XML files and sending documents and reports to accounting * Filling out daily financial spreadsheets and reports * Monthly financial closing and submitting documents to the accounting Hub (Auditar) * Administrative procurement of supplies and supporting procurement for SP and SC offices * Supporting the commercial team and assisting customers with tax/financial inquiries * Quoting freight costs and supporting administrative routines Requirements: * Experience in financial and billing routines * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration * Knowledge of bank and tax reconciliation * Understanding of trial balance * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3.435,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
