Job Summary: Responsible for supporting and executing financial accounts receivable routines, ensuring control, reconciliations, and collections to maintain the company's financial health. Contact with customers for negotiation and collections **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for supporting and executing financial routines related to accounts receivable management, ensuring proper control of receipts, reconciliations, customer collections, and invoice updates, thereby contributing to the company's financial health and process organization. Key Responsibilities: Process accounts receivable write-offs, ensuring accurate updates in the financial system. Monitor and control delinquency, contacting customers for negotiation and collections. Perform bank reconciliations, verifying transactions and ensuring consistency of financial information. Provide customer service to clarify questions regarding invoices, payments, and collections. Update invoices according to applicable indices (CUB, INPC, and IPCA). Issue and send invoices to customers. Prepare and forward financial documentation to accounting. Calculate commissions according to the company's commercial policy. Review sales contracts and arrange for issuance of release documents where applicable. Analyze the portfolio of upcoming invoices, identifying risks of delays and supporting preventive collection actions. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Prior experience in finance, preferably in accounts receivable. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience in construction or real estate development companies.
