




Job Summary: This Junior Risk Management Analyst monitors trips in real time, manages authorizations and updates registrations, supports drivers, and handles accidents. Key Highlights: 1. Supports drivers and manages accident occurrences **JUNIOR RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST \- ITAIPAVA NEIGHBORHOOD \- ITAJAÍ/SC** **REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school; undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred; Easy access to the company; Relevant experience in the role; Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office skills; Availability for overtime. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor trips in real time, controlling route, stops, speed, and compliance with the PGR. Authorize trips according to security rules and carrier requirements. Execute system blocks/alerts in the tracking system when necessary. Verify mandatory documentation: MDF\-e and CTe. Perform vehicle checklists. Familiarity with technologies such as Onix Sat, Sascar, and others. Validate drivers, vehicles, and equipment in registration systems (SIL of management companies and KMM). Update and correct registrations with GRs (OpenTech, BrasilRisk, Minerva, Trafegus, etc.). Record incidents and support responses in case of accidents (theft, breakdown, collision, rollover). Collect document information to support the Insurance/Accident department. Maintain risk management controls and indicators: telemetry events, deviations, alerts, and driver history. Support drivers with operational and safety guidance.
