Opportunity: **Administrative Assistant - Audit** **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); * Experience with invoice management systems and XML. **DESIRED SKILLS** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability; * Proactivity; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Owner’s mindset; * Willingness to learn and develop is essential. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Receive and organize XML files; * Validate invoice data, verifying whether the XML is intact and valid according to SEFAZ regulations; * Import XML files into the company’s ERP or management system; * Conduct tax reconciliation, validating tax-related information (CFOP, NCM, ICMS, PIS, and COFINS tax rates); * Identify discrepancies between XML files and purchase orders; * Communicate with suppliers; * Prepare reports and performance indicators for the department; * Archiving and compliance.
