RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and manage the time bank. Prepare and verify payroll. Schedule, monitor, and record vacation time. Support onboarding and termination processes. Manage employee benefits. Conduct recruitment and selection activities. Organize anniversary and tenure-based gifts. Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives. Support the planning and delivery of training programs. Conduct and follow up on initial feedback sessions. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
