This position targets professionals who wish to work at the forefront of structural engineering, directly contributing to the development of innovative solutions applied to tall buildings and to the technical advancement of civil construction in Brazil. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct research and analysis in structural engineering, with a focus on innovation applied to projects; * Develop technical studies targeting structural systems for tall buildings (e.g., outriggers, mass dampers, global behavior, and structural monitoring); * Perform structural modeling and numerical simulations for structural performance and dynamic analysis; * Carry out comparative analyses among structural calculation software, evaluating methodologies and results; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new solutions, techniques, and materials; * Lead structural research programs, organizing and systematizing data and analyses; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement solutions in projects; * Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation of developed studies; * Support the dissemination of generated technical knowledge to the market and national engineering community. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience in structural engineering and structural modeling; * Solid knowledge of structural calculation software (TQS, Eberick and/or ETABS); * Consistent interest in advanced structural analysis and tall buildings. **️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION! ️** ***This position is also open to candidates with disabilities (PwD)*** **Employment Type**: PJ (Individual Contractor) **Work Model**: 100% onsite position in Balneário Camboriú/SC. ️ **Working Hours**: Availability to work during standard business hours. **PJ Benefits:** Unimed Health Plan \- Premium coverage table.
