Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and maintaining common areas, assisting residents and service providers, and supporting the building manager to ensure the condominium operates smoothly. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and maintenance of common areas in the condominium 2. Assistance to residents and service providers 3. Support to the building manager for proper operation and security **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM** Responsible for supervising and maintaining common areas in the condominium, overseeing cleaning and maintenance services, assisting residents and service providers, managing minor repairs, inspecting facilities, organizing the environment, and supporting the building manager to ensure proper operation and security of the condominium.
