Job Summary: Supervise all operational areas, guiding teams, monitoring cargo loading processes, analyzing productivity and quality indicators, and managing people. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and guide teams in loading/unloading operations. 2. Monitor transshipment processes and truck schedules. 3. Manage productivity and quality indicators, and develop teams. Supervise all operational areas in accordance with the company's standard procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and guide all employees responsible for performing loading, unloading, and cargo transshipment activities; Supervise and monitor daily transshipment processes, from truck arrival to departure; Monitor truck arrival and departure times; Analyze requests for additional trucks, approving or rejecting them based on cost-benefit analysis for the company; Conduct weekly meetings with team leaders and supervisors to report achieved results and define process improvement actions; Monitor area productivity and quality indicators, verifying standards, analyzing data, and developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions aimed at reducing cargo-related incidents; Generate reports on cargo loss incidents and jointly analyze them with leadership to identify errors and determine corrective and preventive actions for the process; Authorize employee rewards in the area according to company-established policies; Monitor, prepare, and analyze the area's budget, reviewing historical data and new projects, planning and justifying necessary actions to meet area requirements; Monitor and respond to internal and external audits related to the area's processes; Submit monthly management reports to Local Management; Monitor the local equipment inventory, assessing equipment condition, analyzing procurement needs, and taking required actions; Approve payments related to branch expenses according to established authority levels; Evaluate team leaders' performance, providing feedback and supporting their development; Coordinate with other departments on matters concerning employees and responsibilities under your purview; Carry out people management processes: hiring, promotions, terminations, as well as monitoring time bank administration, days off, and vacation scheduling for teams; Perform other tasks related to the above activities as determined by the organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in this role **Additional Information** Health and dental insurance Gympass Meal and food allowances (VR and VA) Career development Pharmacy benefits Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
