We currently operate 170 units across more than 80 cities and 15 states, with a goal of doubling the number of contracted units by the end of 2025\. With a strategic and robust business model, we seek qualified professionals to strengthen our team and accelerate our growth. **About the role:** Responsible for providing consulting support in the onboarding of new franchisees, ensuring effective guidance and training in commercial operations and automotive retail stores. You will structure and continuously improve onboarding processes, aligning technology and industry best practices to maximize franchise network performance. **Responsibilities:** * Plan the onboarding of new franchised units in detail; * Provide consulting support for selecting commercial locations; * Monitor and advise on property renovations and adaptations; * Coordinate implementation of the franchise layout and visual identity; * Monitor units via video calls to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Identify and resolve onboarding challenges; * Provide ongoing feedback to the franchisor; * Prepare reports on the onboarding process; * Oversee deliveries from approved suppliers. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Experience in the automotive sector; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; * Analytical skills to identify opportunities for improving onboarding processes; * Strong communication and influencing abilities; * Strategic, innovative mindset with market awareness; * Must reside in Londrina\-PR \- on-site position. **What we offer:** * Ifood Meal Voucher ($36.30/day); * Starbem Program, offering free online medical consultations; * AVUS Program, providing discounts on medical exams and pharmacies; * Welhub (formerly Gympass); * Pharmacy benefit plan; * Life insurance; * Unimed health plan; * Birthday Day Off. * Public transportation voucher with legally mandated discounts. **Join us and be part of our growth in the automotive sector!**
