We are currently seeking a **Billing Supervisor** to join our team. **What are the key responsibilities of this role?** * Supervise the terminal’s billing process, from service validation to invoice issuance and delivery * Ensure correct application of contracts and tariff tables, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance * Ensure adherence to deadlines and SLAs, contributing to cash flow optimization and DSO reduction * Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure consistency between services delivered and billed * Lead resolution of billing disputes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions * Reduce rework, reissuances, and adjustments through process improvement * Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs (volume, accuracy, invoicing time, disputes) to promote operational efficiency * Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and global guidelines (GSC / OTC) * Collaborate with the Global Shared Services Center (GSC) and global stakeholders to ensure standardization and governance * Lead, develop, and guide the billing team * Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, automation, and process transformation **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Experience in billing and/or finance, preferably in operational, logistics, or industrial environments, with exposure to Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, billing management, contract analysis, and cross-functional collaboration * **Language:** Fluent English. * **IT Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, IFS or similar) * **Lean Mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving problems at their root, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and team management, focused on development and high performance. * Analytical thinking and results orientation, with strong attention to detail. * Communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems in dynamic environments.
