In this role, you will support payroll processing, onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, and benefits administration, ensuring each step is executed accurately and within deadlines, guaranteeing full compliance with applicable legislation. If you are motivated and seek continuous advancement in the HR field, we want you on our team! **Main Responsibilities:** * + **Payroll Processing**: Calculate and input payroll data for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * + **Onboarding and Offboarding Administration**: Register new employees, prepare onboarding and termination documents, and support exit interviews. * + **Vacation and Benefits Management**: Manage vacation scheduling and administer benefits such as transportation vouchers and health insurance, in accordance with client policies. * + **Contribution Statement Issuance**: Calculate and issue FGTS, INSS, and other contribution statements, and assist in fulfilling ancillary obligations such as eSocial and CAGED. * + **Client Support**: Clarify client questions regarding labor legislation and HR processes, providing initial assistance.
