Engaging in safety and socio-environmental compliance strategies. ### **General Information** **Country**Brazil **State/Region**Pernambuco **City**Tacaratu **Team**Grids and Innovability **Seniority**Expert (4\-8 years of experience) **Job Type**Permanent **Hire Type**Full\-Time **Work Regimen**On\-site **Posting Date**11\-Mar\-2026 **Expiration Date**18\-Mar\-2026 **Company**Enel Green Power Tacaicó Eólica S.A ### **Description and Requirements** **Position:** Senior Maintenance Technician **Description and Requirements** **Who you will work with:** You will join the **Operation East Wind Brazil** team responsible for: Executing all technical, health, safety, and environmental procedures, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance on wind farm assets—including wind turbines and electrical BOP—within defined timeframes and annual production and financial budgets, while keeping KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly) up to date. **Your responsibilities:** **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Supporting the Plant Coordinator/Supervisor in administrative and technical operations and maintenance activities for plant assets; * Collaborating with third-party service providers to ensure contractually committed activities are delivered as agreed; * Using required resources effectively to support smooth plant operations and maintenance, complying with operational, administrative, and safety procedures per company internal standards; * Systematically monitoring plant(s) performance through analysis of maintenance, production, and performance indicators, proposing plans and actions to reduce losses and maximize output; * Supporting and promoting adherence to company strategy, policies, and procedures; * Ensuring compliance with socio-environmental, occupational health, and workplace safety regulations; * Promoting and participating in safety dialogues; safeguarding the safety of all team members; inspecting personal and collective protective equipment where applicable; participating in quality-of-life, occupational health, and workplace safety initiatives offered by the company; * Supporting the maintenance of all authorizations and licenses required for park operation; * Understanding ONS grid procedures; supporting maintenance and updating of operational documentation for parks—including minimum documentation required by ONS, ANEEL, CREA, IBAMA, and other regulatory and oversight bodies; * Participating in updating the Park Inspection and Maintenance Plan; * Participating in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of wind turbines and BOP (LTs, medium-voltage networks, substations, etc.); * Coordinating switching operations with the EGP Control Room; * Participating in technical forums (knowledge sharing); * Supporting maintenance/control of critical spare parts inventory; * Supporting Communications, Human Resources, Sustainability, Environment, and other areas in implementing and maintaining strategic company projects, as well as fostering positive relations between plant(s) and local communities; * Being available for domestic and international business travel on behalf of EGP. **What we expect from you:** **Mandatory Academic Qualification** Electrical Technician / Mechanical Technician / Technician in Renewable Energy **Technical Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in substation and medium-voltage network maintenance; auxiliary systems; protection, control, command, and measurement; * Proficiency in using instruments and conducting routine tests on medium- and high-voltage substation equipment; * Ability to read and interpret electrical, operational, and functional diagrams; * Experience in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of wind turbines is considered a plus; * Specific knowledge in protection and measurement is considered a plus; * Driver’s License Category “B”. **Why join us?** **Our benefits:** Wellhub Gym Assistance Assistance for Children with Special Needs Childcare/Babysitter Assistance Funeral Assistance for Legal Dependents eDucation \- Internal Learning Portal Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Profit Sharing Medical and Dental Plans Private Pension Plan Quality-of-Life Programs Life Insurance Meal/Voucher Allowance Short Friday for Eligible Positions Birthday Day Off **Work Location:** Tacaratu \- PE **Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Selection Process** ENEL is a multicultural company that values diversity and inclusion in all forms.
