Job Summary: Lead the implementation of the WCM methodology to eliminate waste and strengthen the culture of operational excellence at the plant. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in the implementation and evolution of the WCM methodology. 2. Management of continuous improvement projects and waste elimination. 3. Team development in Lean tools. The Process Specialist I position will primarily focus on leading the implementation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology at the Escada unit, directly identifying and eliminating waste in production processes. The professional will be responsible for managing structured continuous improvement projects, supporting the evolution of program pillars, and reinforcing the culture of operational excellence at the plant. The role requires close collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments, reporting to the Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, with strong shop-floor engagement and team development in applying Lean tools and structured problem-solving methodologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the implementation and evolution of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology at the unit. * Manage continuous improvement and waste elimination projects using structured methodologies such as PDCA, A3, and Kaizen. * Support production areas in analyzing operational indicators, including OEE, process losses, productivity, and quality. * Develop and monitor action plans to reduce waste and improve operational performance. * Drive the development and dissemination of continuous improvement tools and Lean culture among operational teams. * Support the implementation and consolidation of practices such as visual management, process standardization, and routine management. * Provide technical support to production areas in root cause analysis of chronic process issues. * Lead or facilitate improvement workshops (Kaizen, process analyses, improvement teams) involving various unit departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related fields). * Experience in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, WCM, or TPM in an industrial environment. * Experience training and developing teams in Lean tools. * Experience managing process improvement projects. * Knowledge of structured problem-solving tools (PDCA, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Experience analyzing industrial performance indicators (OEE, productivity, waste, quality). * Strong analytical capability and hands-on shop-floor involvement. * Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools. * Availability for 100% on-site work in Escada. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience implementing WCM or TPM programs. * Experience in manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of project management. * Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools. **Additional Information** **W****e care about the well\-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Meal allowance; * Year-end bonus; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday day off; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual bonus (profit-sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
