Contribution to continuous improvement of processes Responsible for executing and supporting environmental control activities within the concessionaire's operations, conducting field inspections and overseeing waste management, monitoring, and environmental compliance. Manages documentation, supports audits, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and advises teams on best environmental practices. Contributes to the prevention of non-conformities and continuous improvement of environmental processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute and support field activities and technical routines related to environmental control of the concessionaire's operations. * Conduct environmental inspections at operational units, construction sites, warehouses, and support areas, documenting deviations and opportunities for improvement. * Monitor waste segregation, packaging, storage, and disposal, supporting adherence to company procedures. * Support sampling, measurements, monitoring, checklists, and environmental controls related to water, effluents, soil, emissions, and resource use. * Manage forms, records, licenses, manifests, certificates, and other supporting documents from the area. * Support compliance with conditions, audits, inspections, and regulatory oversight by organizing evidence and technical information. * Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and occupational safety teams to guide environmental practices in the field. * Contribute to environmental education initiatives, communication of requirements, and prevention of non-conformities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Environmental Science, Sanitation, Chemistry, or related fields. * Experience in environmental routines, monitoring, inspections, or operational controls, preferably in sanitation, utilities, construction, or industry. * Knowledge of waste management, environmental documentation, inspections, and field best practices. * Availability for field work and travel between operational units. * Organized, proactive profile with attention to procedural compliance. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with operational and third-party teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is desirable. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); The **VITA Sertão** is a sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
