* High school diploma or phlebotomy certification; * Basic computer skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform blood and biological sample collection, always prioritizing humanized customer service and sample quality standards; * Perform all types of biological material collection, following quality standards to ensure accurate collection; * Collect biological material while guiding and verifying patient preparation for the test, in order to perform accurate collection; * Work in compliance with biosafety regulations, prioritizing both your own safety and that of the patient; * Receive customers attentively and dedicatedly, emphasizing humanized service and ensuring safe and calm collection; * Minimize risks of person-to-person contamination by using hygiene and safety materials, as well as ensuring safe transport of collected materials; * Check samples carefully and separately; * Accurately identify specimens using mandatory labels to prevent identification errors; * Deliver collected biological material on the same day directly to the technical area, with proper identification; * Prepare sample shipping pouches for partner laboratories; * Generate daily pending issues reports via the system for follow-up; * Maintain responsibility for your work materials, ensuring appropriate care, hygiene, and organization.
