Work Schedule: * Monday to Saturday \- Morning **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect blood and biological samples, always prioritizing humane customer service and sample quality standards; * Perform all types of biological material collection, following quality standards to ensure accurate collection; * Collect biological material while instructing and verifying patient preparation for testing, in order to perform accurate collection; * Adhere to biosafety protocols, prioritizing both your own safety and the patient's safety; * Receive customers attentively and diligently, emphasizing humane service and ensuring safe and comfortable collection; * Minimize contamination risks to individuals by using hygiene and safety supplies as well as ensuring safe transport of collected materials; * Verify samples carefully and separately; * Accurately identify specimens using mandatory labels to prevent identification errors; * Deliver collected biological material on the same day directly to the technical area with proper identification; * Prepare specimen shipment packages for partner laboratories; * Generate daily pending issues reports via system for follow-up; * Maintain your work materials with appropriate care, hygiene, and organization.
