




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant to join the team of a renowned dealership, responsible for vehicle invoicing and administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Process vehicle invoicing for new and used vehicles and manage invoices. 2. Assist in preparing billing reports and key performance indicators. 3. Maintain contact with banks and financial institutions to facilitate invoice releases. We are seeking a Billing Assistant to join the team of a renowned dealership in Curitiba/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process invoicing for new and used vehicles, verifying invoices, amounts, and taxes; * Issue, archive, and manage electronic invoices (NF\-e) and bank slips; * Monitor pending invoicing issues with sales and finance departments; * Verify sales documents and update customer records; * Assist in preparing billing reports and key performance indicators; * Maintain contact with banks and financial institutions to facilitate invoice releases; * Perform administrative tasks related to the department. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role, preferably in the automotive sector. * Technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of electronic invoices (NF\-e), CFOP codes, taxes, and management systems. **Compensation:** * Salary: R$2\.400,00 * Meal Allowance: R$500 * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Paraná Clínicas Health Plan * Bradesco Dental Plan Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
