




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling baggage and cargo, ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft ground operations, requiring attention and coordination. Aircraft servicing within time limits and equipment marshalling Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability in assessing situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical effort, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, signaling around the aircraft being serviced, and floor inspection and scanning for fallen objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the apron. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative in resolving causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client's Manual or dnata's MGO; * Through reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), perform volume segregation in airport sorting areas, aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Stow baggage and cargo in aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, in accordance with recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Through reading volume identification labels, perform unloading of baggage and cargo, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate interline connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise cargo and baggage packaging, verifying their suitability for transport to ensure flight and handling staff safety; * Perform correct handling and proper allocation of baggage and cargo in aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers, placing them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within established time limits for each service type and airport classification where operating; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment, ensuring operational safety and directing equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2511070202301574695
