Aircraft servicing and equipment inspection Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the entire operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and scanning to collect dropped objects, and auditory perception to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client's Manual or dnata's MGO; * Perform baggage and cargo segregation in airport sorting areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them into storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following regulations and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels, placing them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate inter-flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo packaging, verifying proper suitability for transportation to ensure flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and allocate baggage and cargo into holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers, placing them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to avoid fuselage collisions; * Service aircraft within established timeframes per service type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment, ensuring operational safety and reporting equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511010202241566281
