Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising and inspecting civil construction projects, project expansions, conducting technical surveys and quotations, and ensuring workplace quality and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the supervision and inspection of civil construction projects and expansion projects. 2. Responsibility for technical surveys and quotation of materials/services. 3. Team collaboration to ensure workplace organization and quality. Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed technical course in Building Construction; or completed or ongoing Technology degree in Building Construction; or completed or ongoing Civil Engineering degree; or Management and Supervision of Construction Projects and Works, with experience in civil construction; * Driver's license category B; * Availability for travel. Desirable Requirements: * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Communicative personality; * Dynamic personality; * Courses related to the field; * Experience in construction execution (buildings, offices, residences); * Ensuring proper functioning of the quality management system; * Supervising the execution of expansion projects; * Conducting competitor research and surveys in a region designated by management; * Identifying commercial premises for establishing new or temporary offices; * Performing technical surveys of office premises; * Quoting materials and/or services; * Relocating furniture from temporary or permanent office reception areas to facilitate renovation work; * Supervising and inspecting office construction/renovation; * Supervising and inspecting office visual media implementation; * Supervising and inspecting office furniture installation; * Assembling chairs, installing TV(s), and arranging office decorations; * Supervising and overseeing third-party teams; * Performing other duties related to the position, as determined by supervision, management, and leadership; * Monitoring pending items and outstanding issues; * Understanding and complying with quality policy guidelines; * Understanding and complying with regulatory procedures relevant to one’s activity and department; * Organizing individual or shared workplace environments. 2512250202491108093
