Job Summary: The General Construction Site Assistant is responsible for cleaning, preparing, and transporting materials, organizing tools, and supporting the mason. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the mason * **Assistance in general construction site activities:** Site cleaning, material preparation (cement, sand, etc.), material transportation, tool organization, etc. * **Prepare materials for use:** Mix cement with sand and water to make mortar or concrete, prepare blocks, etc. * **Maintain site order and organization:** Ensure site cleanliness and organization, and guarantee that materials and tools are in good condition and stored in the correct location. * **Support the mason:** Assist the mason in tasks such as loading and unloading materials, preparing tools and materials, etc. * **Perform less complex tasks:** Demolition work, excavation, minor equipment maintenance, etc. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.643,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Expected start date: 12/10/2025
