Job Summary: This position involves performing general construction site activities, preparing and transporting materials, organizing the worksite, and assisting masons with diverse tasks. Performing various support tasks for construction * **Assist in general construction site activities:** Site cleaning, material preparation (cement, sand, etc.), material transportation, tool organization, etc. * **Prepare materials for use:** Mix cement with sand and water to make mortar or concrete, prepare blocks, etc. * **Maintain order and organization at the construction site:** Ensure site cleanliness and organization, and guarantee that materials and tools are in good condition and properly stored. * **Assist masons:** Support masons in their tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, preparing tools and materials, etc. * **Perform less complex tasks:** Demolition work, excavation, minor equipment maintenance, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.643,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
