Stocktaking: Perform physical counting and reconciliation of stored items, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. Stock control and movement (ERP): Manage material inflows, outflows, and transfers using the system, ensuring traceability and organization. 5S Program Audits: Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. Planning and execution of inter-branch transfers: Coordinate and implement material shipments between company units, ensuring agility and control. Handling operational incidents involving technical staff and vehicle drivers: Investigate and resolve operational events or incidents involving drivers and technical team members. Fleet monitoring and control: Track vehicle usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure availability.
