Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring processes and products, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, and promoting continuous quality improvement in the factory. Promoting continuous improvement through audits and training **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Experience Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * High-level monitoring in the factory * Ensuring that processes and products comply with company procedures and specifications, as well as applicable legislation; * Responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure processes meet established quality standards. * Preparing detailed audit reports, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing corrective actions. * Tracking implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to established deadlines. * Conducting training sessions and workshops for the team to disseminate quality best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitoring performance and quality indicators, analyzing data, and generating insights for process optimization. * Participating in management team meetings to discuss audit results and progress of corrective actions. * Staying up-to-date with applicable industry standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant. * Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. * Acting as the point of contact for quality-related matters, providing support and guidance to the team. * Conducting product and process inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements and technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education Preferred: Technical course * Teamwork skills * Residing in or willing to relocate to Barra do Bugres Competitive salary commensurate with the role **Positions also available for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** **Benefits:** Food basket, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site meals, Transportation
