Opportunity to develop and implement continuous improvement projects **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * High-level monitoring and control in the factory * Ensuring that processes and products comply with company procedures, specifications, and applicable legislation; * Responsible for conducting internal and external audits to ensure processes comply with established quality standards. * Prepare detailed audit reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. * Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to established deadlines. * Conduct training sessions and workshops for the team, disseminating best quality practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Monitor performance and quality indicators, analyzing data and generating insights to optimize processes. * Participate in management team meetings to discuss audit results and progress of corrective actions. * Stay updated on industry norms and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant at all times. * Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement continuous improvement projects. * Serve as the point of contact for quality-related matters, providing support and guidance to the team. * Conduct product and process inspections, ensuring they meet quality requirements and technical specifications. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education Preferred: Technical course * Teamwork skills * Reside in or be willing to relocate to Barra do Bugres Competitive salary commensurate with the role **Vacancies also available for Persons with Disabilities (PCDs).** **Benefits:** Food basket, Profit Sharing Program (PPR), On-site meals, Transportation
