Job Summary: A professional to operate industrial sewing machines, interpret technical drawings, perform basic maintenance, ensure production quality, and collaborate with the team. Collaborative work and effective communication with the team **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 07:30–11:00 and 13:00–17:30; Saturday: 07:30–11:30 hrs **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate industrial sewing machines to produce garments with precision and quality. * Interpret technical drawings and patterns to ensure correct product assembly. * Perform adjustments and basic maintenance on sewing machines to ensure continuous operation. * Follow quality control standards to identify and correct defects in produced items. * Organize the workplace according to 5S practices to ensure safety and efficiency. * Record daily production for control and performance tracking. * Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and reduce waste. * Communicate\-with the quality department to implement continuous product improvements. * Contribute to achieving production targets, positively impacting company results. * Participate in training and updates to enhance technical and operational skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or equivalent practical experience. * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical manuals. * Clear communication skills for understanding instructions and teamwork. ?? Technical Competencies * Solid experience in industrial sewing using straight-stitch, overlock, and bias-binding machines. * Advanced proficiency in finishing techniques and quality control. * Ability to perform adjustments and basic maintenance on sewing machines. * Knowledge of pattern reading and technical specifications. ??
