Administration of databases and onboarding programs **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be informed during the interview **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform generalist tasks in the company's human development area, including performance management, competency analysis, organizational climate assessment, monitoring of programs, surveys and projects, recruitment and selection, training and retention of personnel, and delivery of internal consulting services. * Plan and organize recruitment and selection activities, and monitor and control the workforce. * Administer the database functionality for internal and external candidates, manage the company's onboarding program, prepare reports and assessments, and conduct training, research, various campaigns, and personnel evaluations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management * Perform generalist tasks in the company's human development area * Monitor programs, surveys and projects, recruitment and selection, training and retention of personnel, and deliver internal consulting services. * Plan and organize recruitment and selection activities, and monitor and control the workforce. * Administer the database functionality for internal and external candidates, manage the company's onboarding program, prepare reports and assessments, and conduct training, research, various campaigns, and personnel evaluations.
