**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 hrs

* Prepare and organize the lesson curriculum content, ensuring topics are addressed clearly and objectively.
* Develop teaching materials, such as handouts, presentations, and practical exercises, to facilitate student learning.
* Conduct in-person classes using teaching methodologies that promote active student participation.
* Monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
* Conduct periodic assessments to measure student progress and identify areas requiring reinforcement.
* Fulfill administrative duties related to the position, such as attendance tracking, grade recording, and report preparation.
**Requirements:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Pedagogy, or related fields.
* Experience / knowledge in the administrative field.
* Familiarity with administrative management tools.
* Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
