Monitor and evaluate student performance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Contract Assignment * Deliver HR-focused training sessions and workshops aimed at developing skills and competencies in the Human Resources field. * Apply teaching techniques and learning methodologies that facilitate participants' comprehension and retention of content. * Monitor and evaluate student performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. * Conduct satisfaction and effectiveness surveys for delivered training sessions, proposing improvements and adjustments as needed. * Ensure training and capacity-building in Human Resources knowledge * Teach classes to high school students **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in the Human Resources field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Teach classes * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Benefits:** No benefits specified
