We uphold a workplace that values diversity and adhere to the principle of equal employment opportunities for all, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, culture, or social class. **Day\-to\-day** * Lead innovation and material qualification projects, promoting technologies that enhance quality and reliability of production processes. * Serve as a reference in root cause analysis, proposing robust solutions to challenges related to material and product performance. * Manage DIM suppliers, strengthening strategic partnerships and ensuring effective action plans for continuous improvement. * Act as the liaison between Quality, Marketing, and Product Development, ensuring new products meet performance requirements and consumer experience expectations. * Lead Quality tools and methodologies and OPEN\+ (continuous improvement), driving the area’s culture and excellence standards. * Monitor and manage Quality KPIs, ensuring targets are met and delivering value to consumers. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemistry, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of material composition (e.g., paper, polypropylene) is desirable. * Prior experience with production processes. * Experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment.
