**Are you an organized person who enjoys overseeing construction projects and is interested in working on infrastructure projects?** We are looking for an **Expansion Analyst** to join the CSC team, leading expansion, improvement, and maintenance projects for units across Rio Grande do Sul. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Overseeing and ensuring execution of store/unit opening, renovation, and retrofit projects; * Developing and managing schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines; * Monitoring construction progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions for deviations; * Controlling and analyzing costs, verifying measurements, and supporting budget management; * Managing and organizing technical documents and construction reports; * Acting as the interface with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and delivery quality; * Proposing and implementing infrastructure process improvements; * Leading standardization of unit layouts and construction processes. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; * Prior experience overseeing construction projects, infrastructure projects, or building maintenance; * Knowledge of schedule management, cost control, and performance indicators; * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * Willingness to travel across Rio Grande do Sul; * Driver’s license category B; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or SketchUp. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in expansion projects or corporate construction projects; * Experience in process standardization and supplier management. **Why join our team?** Here, you’ll have the opportunity to strategically contribute to infrastructure projects, directly supporting the company’s expansion within a dynamic, collaborative environment that offers autonomy to propose improvements and deliver results.
