We are expanding our teams and seeking a professional to join us as an **ACCOUNTING MANAGER**: this role will serve a strategic and technical leadership function, combining deep accounting expertise, strong analytical capability, and hands-on involvement.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Leading accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Brazilian corporate accounting standards (BR GAAP) and corporate accounting policies.
* Coordinating and participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, with emphasis on critical analysis, key judgments, and exception management.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits.
* Leading, developing, and engaging the accounting team, fostering accountability, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement.
* Operating and supporting corporate consolidation and financial reporting systems (e.g., HFM / Hyperion), ensuring data integrity and adherence to global standards.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, with active CRC registration.
* Proven experience managing accounting teams.
* Solid knowledge of Brazilian corporate accounting standards (BR GAAP).
* Prior experience in multinational companies, with exposure to international closing and reporting processes.
* Practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including reconciliation and standard conversion activities.
* Advanced English proficiency, with ability to communicate technically and professionally.
**Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):**
* Experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) or similar consolidation systems.
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Involvement in integration projects, financial transformation initiatives, or system implementations.
