**Responsibilities and duties**
* Supervise the unit's logistics processes, monitoring activities at the distribution center and warehouse;
* Monitor and control activities performed by service providers associated with the area, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and operational standards defined by the company.
* Plan and supervise routines related to receiving, warehousing, loading, and distribution, overseeing unloading, inspection, material handling, shelf-life control, and product packaging to ensure inventory integrity and availability.
* Monitor processes involving exchanges, returns, damages, and issuance of fiscal documents, managing the team through operational inspections, feedback, goal tracking, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and performance outcomes, aiming at professional development and succession planning.
* Control operational indicators and costs within the area, ensuring correct execution of activities and appropriate allocation of expenses to corresponding cost centers.
* Monitor and analyze stock discrepancies, waste, and variances, collaborating with warehouse and distribution teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Define and control product storage limits, applying the FIFO method and maintaining contact with Warehouse and Commercial teams to ensure proper product flow and prevent losses.
* Monitor recruitment, selection, and staff termination processes, evaluating performance, behavior, and alignment with company guidelines to maintain service levels and organizational climate.
* Perform other logistics-related activities contributing to achieving departmental and corporate goals and results.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization (Specialization, Master's, or MBA) in the relevant field—completed or in progress;
* Experience in logistics processes including warehousing, dispatch, and goods distribution; budget management; project execution; performance and indicator control;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B);
* Skills in negotiation and team leadership;
* Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:33 PM, with a 1-hour and 15-minute break.
