We are seeking a Laboratory Pharmacist who demonstrates technical responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to Good Manipulation Practices. Responsibilities * Work in the laboratory ensuring adherence to Good Manipulation Practices (GMP); * Ensure compliance with current pharmaceutical legislation; * Provide guidance on dosage, drug interactions, and possible adverse effects; * Monitor inventory control and proper storage of medications; * Guarantee safety and quality in compounding and dispensing processes; * Support the technical team and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); * Knowledge of current pharmaceutical legislation; * Knowledge of Good Manipulation Practices (GMP); * Inventory control and proper storage of medications; * Pharmaceutical counseling (dosage, interactions, and adverse effects). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy; * Experience in high-turnover environments; * Familiarity with computerized pharmaceutical management systems. **Behavioral Requirements:** * Commitment to patient health and well-being; * Excellence in service delivery with empathetic attitude and clear communication; * Teamwork and collaboration with healthcare professionals; * Organization and attention to detail; * Resilience to handle dynamic workloads; * Initiative and pursuit of continuous learning.
