Bridge between the factory floor and the controller's office **Job Description:** ---------------------- The intern will support production indicator management and fiscal/administrative processes, serving as a bridge between the factory floor and the controller's office. The primary focus is loss mitigation through rigorous yield, weight, and inventory movement control. Responsibilities and duties: Assist in indicator and yield management: Monitor and report breakages and yields in production areas. Update data in BI systems and control spreadsheets. Conduct on-site evaluations (in the production area) of tare variations and average weights of raw materials and packaging to ensure recipe accuracy and minimize financial losses.
