PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any updates/corrections, and its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated in current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Avenida Intendente Altivo Esteves Freire Parque do Sol \| Santana do Livramento RS \- 97576538 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques to restore, develop, and maintain clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and campaigns related to social issues, health, and quality of life. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with the Regional Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy (CREFITO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the relevant authority will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in physiotherapy care in clinical or hospital settings. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating alignment with the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Anatomy and physiology of body systems: musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary, and central/peripheral nervous systems. Pathophysiology of these systems, especially musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
