It provides software development services and IT consulting. **Responsibilities:** Install and maintain refractory materials (bricks, concretes, and special mortars). Line the interior of furnaces, boilers, chimneys, and industrial equipment. Prepare surfaces for application of refractory materials. Perform demolition and removal of damaged linings. Mold, cut, and adjust refractory components as required. Apply thermal insulation techniques to industrial structures. Follow project specifications, technical specifications, and engineering instructions. Comply with safety regulations, especially in high-temperature environments. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. Previous experience as a Mason's Helper, Carpenter, Construction Foreman, or Plumber may indicate suitability for some activities in this position. High school diploma required.
