Job Summary: The Human Resources Department Analyst will be responsible for the employment contract termination process for employees, ensuring legal compliance and process integrity. AESC’s Human Resources Department Analyst will be responsible for the employment contract termination process for employees, ensuring compliance with current labor legislation, statutory deadlines, and internal company policies, thereby contributing to the compliance and integrity of the Human Resources Department processes, always aligned with the organization’s Mission, Vision, and ethical, moral, and human values, grounded in the principles of the Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of St. Charles Borromeo Scalabrinianas. Human Resources Department processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Calculate and verify severance payments (e.g., prior notice, outstanding salary, proportional vacation pay, proportional 13th-month salary, etc.); * Issue and send termination documentation (e.g., TRCT, FGTS payment slips, GRRF, connectivity key, etc.); * Monitor and comply with statutory deadlines for termination homologation and payments; * Provide employee support to clarify questions regarding severance payments; * Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems and eSocial platforms related to terminations; * Support the Legal Department in labor lawsuits related to employee dismissals; * Maintain up-to-date records and controls of employee terminations; * Conduct homologations at labor unions or other relevant bodies when required; * Stay updated on labor, social security, and union legislation; * Ensure processing of payments arising from employment contract terminations for employees and clinical staff across all AESC business units, complying with labor legislation and union categories. * Assist employees with questions related to company regulations and procedures, as well as termination homologations both within the company and at labor unions, providing appropriate guidance or resolution. * Support managers and other Generalist HR Analysts regarding probationary and fixed-term contracts, monitoring contracts nearing expiration. * Ensure accuracy and optimal use of time and effort by conducting audits on processes when necessary and proposing improvements through action plans. * Ensure accuracy of information related to employee and clinical staff payments, guiding colleagues and supporting the development of workflows, standards, operational procedures, policies, and manuals. * Ensure organization and updating of payroll documentation structure, including retention of payment receipts, issued files, and management reports. * Ensure timely fulfillment of requests submitted by employees and managers via internal systems, responding to service tickets and assisting colleagues to ensure prompt responses, maintaining performance indicators without delays and at desired levels. * Identify problems and jointly develop necessary improvements with the coordinator, actively participating in projects relevant to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Prior experience in labor calculations and social charges is mandatory; * **Prior experience with Senior System is mandatory**; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **Our Benefits:** * Unimed Health Plan (per institutional policy); * Bradesco or Unimed Odonto Dental Plan (eligibility begins 30 days after hire date); * MetLife Life Insurance at no cost to the employee; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Daycare Assistance at partner daycare centers or daycare reimbursement for non-partner facilities; * Mental health teleconsultation services, extended to family members; * Birthday Leave (per current policy); * English course discount (per institutional policy); * Technical course, undergraduate, and MBA program discounts (per institutional policy).
