And you can be part of this team. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for assembly and disassembly of transmissions, differentials, and engines, as well as performing preventive and corrective maintenance on braking systems and fleet peripherals. * Replace, clean, and lubricate parts; * Install parts under supervision of fleet supervisor/maintenance manager; * Replace engine, differential, auxiliary, and transmission oils for the fleet, where applicable; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area and perform other duties related to the position. **Compensation:** * Competitive salary (commensurate with candidate’s experience) * Hazard pay: 40% * Maintenance excellence bonus * Meal allowance (VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Food basket **Requirements:** * Proven experience in heavy vehicle maintenance (trucks, concrete mixers, etc.) * Knowledge of mechanical systems: engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, suspension, and steering * Experience in both corrective and preventive maintenance * Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Fundamental knowledge of automotive electrical systems (starter motor, alternator, wiring harnesses) * Ability to diagnose mechanical failures * Availability for overtime as required by operational demand * Willingness to travel when necessary; * Must reside in the region. **You will stand out if you have:** * Technical degree in Diesel Mechanics or related fields * Experience with heavy-duty fleets (especially concrete mixers or construction equipment) * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals * Experience with advanced diagnostics (even without a scanner) * Experience in high-demand corrective maintenance environments * Driver’s license category C or higher * Proactive, organized profile with a strong sense of urgency.
