**Manufacturing Coordinator**
We are seeking internal candidates for the position of **Manufacturing Coordinator**, within the **Supply Chain – Manufacturing** area.
**Position Responsibilities:**
* Ensure and prepare material requisitions in SAP;
* Ensure execution of maintenance orders and notifications;
* Prepare CAPEX proposals for area projects;
* Conduct interviews for selection and hiring of new employees;
* Evaluate and monitor new employees;
* Validate and approve employee work incapacity permits, absences, and vacations;
* Provide continuous feedback to encourage professional growth, motivation, engagement, and teamwork;
* Conduct group performance evaluations;
* Participate in resolving team conflicts (teamwork, cross-departmental collaboration, etc.);
* Participate in developing the workplace climate plan;
* Monitor organizational climate (identify collective movements and dissatisfaction);
* Manage training for line employees;
* Promote the company’s vision, mission, values, and policies;
* Foster a culture of conducting vertical reviews and performance evaluations;
* Comply with the Beverage Quality Manual requirements (quality, safety, and environment);
* Support internal/external audits and conduct internal audits (as an internal auditor);
* Comply with environmental legislation regarding water;
* Participate in and promote plant safety system meetings;
* Follow operational discipline;
* Participate in production program reviews;
* Prepare production and material forecasts;
* Coordinate interface with ETDI (Effluent Treatment Station) for risk-related procedures (washer cleaning, ion exchange regeneration, syrup leaks);
Request and monitor compliance with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage.

**Profile Requirements:**
* **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or related fields;
* **Desired Experience:** Experience in production processes, preferably in the beverage or food industry; skills in strategic planning and performance indicator analysis. Leadership capability, multidisciplinary team management, and talent development.
