**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Analyzing and monitoring supplier performance (airline, hotel, bus, and other services), evaluating metrics such as GMV, revenue, margin, take rate, and conversion;
* Tracking channel and strategic partner performance, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, gain market share, and improve profitability;
* Structuring recurring analyses on supplier mix, content coverage, tariff competitiveness, and financial impact;
* Supporting the definition and tracking of revenue and profitability targets per supplier, channel, and partner;
* Developing and maintaining managerial dashboards to monitor sourcing, commercial performance, and financial results;
* Generating strategic insights from data analysis to support decision-making related to negotiations, partner prioritization, and growth strategies;
* Collaborating with internal departments (Sales, Product, Finance, and Partnerships), serving as the data and sourcing metrics reference;
* Ensuring governance, standardization, and reliability of metrics, guaranteeing consistency in analyses and reports.
✔️ **What you need to have/know/be:**
+ Experience in data modeling, structuring, and analysis;
+ Development and maintenance of dashboards using tools such as Power BI;
+ Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
+ Experience in performance and profitability analysis, including metrics such as:
- Revenue
- Take rate
- Conversion
- Share per supplier, channel, or partner;
+ Experience in metric governance and standardization;
+ Strong analytical capability and strategic vision to transform data into actionable insights;
+ Preferred: Prior experience in corporate travel, sourcing, supplier management, or partnerships
