HR Department professional to manage electronic time tracking, develop work schedules, execute HR department routines, support payroll processing, and assist employees.

**Main job responsibilities:**
* Perform electronic time tracking and verification, ensuring accurate calculation of working hours, overtime, and time banks;
* Develop and monitor work schedules, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and operational requirements;
* Carry out HR department routines, ensuring fulfillment of labor obligations;
* Execute onboarding processes and support vacation and termination procedures;
* Complete and submit eSocial filings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and data consistency;
* Support payroll closing and verification of labor charges;
* Provide assistance to employees and managers on HR-related matters;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date labor documentation.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in the HR Department;
* Knowledge of labor routines: hiring, termination, vacations, payroll, and labor charges;
* Proficiency in labor and social security legislation;
* Experience submitting ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, etc.);
* Familiarity with the Domínio system;
* Solid experience in electronic time tracking;
* Knowledge of the Secullum system for time management (preferred)
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines;
* Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation;
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
