With an innovative and technology-driven DNA, we value precision and efficiency to drive sustainable growth in agriculture. **If you seek a dynamic, modern environment that values autonomy through remote work, join our team.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Operational Management:** Responsible for issuing invoices, expense planning, and rigorous expense verification. * **Financial Intelligence:** Prepare managerial reports and budgets (budget), conduct cost analysis, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * **Processes and Improvements:** Document financial workflows and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and operational effectiveness. * **Compliance and Risk:** Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with intermediate tax and accounting knowledge. * **Relationship Management:** Lead strategic negotiations and collection processes with a results-oriented focus. * **Technology:** Operate the ERP **Omie** at an advanced level, fully leveraging the tool’s capabilities for automation and control. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. * Proficiency in **Financial Mathematics**. * Solid knowledge of **Intermediate Accounting** and tax legislation. * **Planning and verification of Accounts Payable and Receivable.** * **Knowledge of Financial Planning and Cost Planning.** * **Advanced ERP experience.** * Knowledge of risk management and performance indicators. * Skill in preparing reports, budgets, and financial planning. * **Solution-oriented profile, excellent negotiation skills, extreme organization, and analytical vision to anticipate risks.** * **Reside in Pelotas/RS, Capivari do Sul/RS, or cities adjacent to these locations.** Company Offers * **Work Model:** 100% Remote. * **Compensation:** R$ 7\.000,00 Payment: Starting from R$7\.000,00 per month Work Location: Remote
