Maintenance Technician / Refrigeration

We are seeking a proactive professional with a problem-solving mindset to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our facilities. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge in electrical systems and air conditioning systems, as well as the ability to perform minor civil repairs. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Refrigeration:** Perform technical cleaning, filter replacement, refrigerant charging, and fault diagnosis on air conditioning units (Split, ACJ, and central systems). * **Electrical:** Maintain power distribution panels, replace light fixtures, ballasts, outlets, circuit breakers, and internal wiring. * **Building Repairs:** Perform minor masonry, painting, plumbing (replacement of faucets and valves), and basic carpentry/metalwork adjustments. * **Report Completion:** Ensure adherence to the maintenance schedule and record service orders. Responsible for ensuring maintenance execution with quality, minimum time, and lowest possible cost, aiming to guarantee equipment availability and functionality for the operation of all restaurants across Brazil. Responsibilities and Challenges: 1\) Execute scheduled maintenance tasks in service orders (O.S.), contributing to increased equipment availability and functionality; 2\) Monitor open service requests and O.S.; 3\) Report maintenance service execution to maintenance supervisors and analysts. 4\) Reduce expenses on spare parts and reuse materials; 5\) Reduce corrective maintenance on equipment by scheduling planned maintenance shutdowns; 6\) Ensure high equipment availability in accordance with company targets.
