The Social Educator at the Legion of Good Will (LGW) promotes citizenship and social inclusion through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities, focusing on strengthening skills and rights awareness to foster autonomy among individuals facing social vulnerability.

The Legion of Good Will – LGW is hiring a **Social Educator**:
The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, as well as community development and integration for groups experiencing social vulnerability, through socioeducational, cultural, and recreational activities—aiming to strengthen individual skills and knowledge of fundamental rights and guarantees, thereby helping them overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects in pursuit of a solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical society.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct socioeducational activities—including dialogues, debates, talking circles, playful experiences, and artistic-cultural and leisure-based activities—to strengthen bonds among service users, their families, and unit staff;
* Pursue continuous professional development to broaden general knowledge, thematic understanding, and role-specific competencies relevant to contemporary society and citizenship, with the goal of proposing service axes and objectives;
* Support service users in the dining area and foster their autonomy through practical assistance and confidence-building skills;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)**
* Prior experience in the Service for Coexistence and Bond Strengthening (SCFV) is preferred;
* Availability to work during scheduled hours;
**Additional Information**
* Workload: **200 hours per month**
* Working Hours: **7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday)**
