Job Summary: The professional will perform technical activities, provide advisory and consulting services, and optimize industrial competitiveness in their field of expertise by identifying needs and implementing projects. Opportunities for continuous learning and challenging projects Perform technical activities and provide advisory and consulting services to target audiences within the professional's area of expertise, supplying inputs to support decision-making aimed at optimizing industrial competitiveness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify existing needs among target audiences, propose, develop, and implement plans, programs, and projects to address them; * Serve customers by providing them with technical guidance on matters related to the professional's area of expertise; * Plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate outcomes of events, advisory services, consulting activities, technical visits, training courses, lectures, and other instructional actions related to the professional's area of expertise; * Manage data and populate management systems; * Participate in technical meetings, committees, councils, and boards, taking necessary actions regarding decisions made; * Prepare technical documents, standards, procedures, and regulations relevant to the professional's area of activity; * Supervise, execute, and monitor projects, processes, and procedures inherent to the professional's area of responsibility and propose improvement initiatives; * Produce and disseminate up-to-date information to target audiences; * Act in accordance with legislation and technical standards applicable to the professional's area of activity; * Develop models for informative and promotional materials; * Analyze, conduct, and supervise technical tests; * Comply with quality, health, safety, and environmental legislation and standards; * Deliver lectures on structured topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Updated professional resume. * Certificate of Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Pedagogy or Teacher Education in the field of Education. * Certificate of Completion of a Specialization Program in School Management, Pedagogical Coordination, Psychopedagogy, or related fields in Education; * Proof of professional experience of at least six months as a teacher. * Desired: National Driver's License Category B. * Desired: Knowledge of pedagogical planning, monitoring of teaching practices, learning assessment, and management of educational indicators. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Education Assistance – Discounts at SESI schools and SENAI courses in Mato Grosso do Sul; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Special Dependent Assistance; * Access to the Corporate University; * Meal/Voucher Allowance – R$ 35.00 per business day (pro-rated according to working hours and in accordance with the Meal/Voucher Allowance Grant Regulation); * Annual Influenza Vaccination Campaign.
