Guide and develop the team by organizing work schedules, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance. Monitor sales, loss, cost, and inventory metrics, proposing improvement actions. Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer service standards, and safety procedures. Maintain store organization, layout, and operational conditions. Intervene in conflict resolution and handle sensitive customer service situations. Previous experience as Sales Supervisor, Store Coordinator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team Leader may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
