Train and guide the team on quality practices A furniture manufacturing and sales company seeks a Quality Coordinator in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Supervise activities of the quality management system. Monitor departmental indicators and targets. Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and internal requirements. Intervene in non-conformance handling and action plan development. Conduct internal audits and support external audits. Promote continuous improvement of production processes. Train and guide the team on quality practices. Ensure production processes comply with quality standards. Previous experience as Quality Supervisor, Quality Manager, Quality Analyst, or Quality Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
