A manufacturing company seeks a Maintenance Supervisor in Manaus (Armando Mendes). **Responsibilities:** Manage Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Maintenance teams, including responsibility for recruiting new staff, training and developing team members in daily operations, and managing terminations when necessary. Specify materials required for maintenance-related projects. Ensure the team complies with Occupational Safety technical standards and is adequately trained to perform assigned tasks. Responsible for the Facilities area.
